There is a lot of information below.  Most of it relates to the "basics" of the web.  If you are unfamiliar with a basic web topic, the links below could help out.  They also contain links to get great shareware and freeware.  Hey, I am not responsible for the content in the sites below, I am just one of many places with links to the sites below.

Best Warez Sites
Well, I want to put up some cool information here, but Fortunecity.com isn't willing to host pages with that kind of information.  Using the keyword WAREZ and the search engines above will help you out tremendously.  For some reason, most programmers don't like WAREZ sites (probably due to their extreme laziness at writing proper code in the first place).  I used to chug out a little assembly code (6500-series Motorola stuff when I was 12 yr old), and if you take the time to protect your code, you don't have anything to fear from WAREZ sites.  If a 12-yr old can write code AND figure out enough about copy-protection schemes to protect it, why cant the rest of the lazy-ass world?

If you wish to discuss WAREZ, or other forms of hacking, please use my PGP public key (button bar at the top of the page) to encrypt the email before sending it.  I do not wish to expose private information of this sort to just any sniffer on the internet.

I will post some nice sites here, but you cannot get WAREZ from them.  Sorry!   These sites are for network admins who want security auditing tools and admin tools (Novell & NT)
