This page is just started!!!!!  There will be more!!!!

Hollywood Bowl

Great Music, lovely outdoor setting.  We go here with my new Grill, make some fantastic food, and listen to classical music under the stars.  They have a picnic area, and you can bring all the booze you can drink.  Tickets range from $3-$125, and you can hear quite well from the $3 top seats (where we sit).  The web site for the bowl has maps, contact information, and you can purchase tickets online for any of their concerts.  This is a MUST-VISIT spot in LA.

My New Grill - the Red Devil Outdoor Kitchen!

Well, many of you have probably seen infomercials for the Red Devil Grill and thought, Wow, I want one.  But how does it REALLY work?  OK, I bought one, and here is the scoop:  get one!!  Its a small portable Coleman Stove, basically, with a wok insert.  It cooks great, and you can do lots with it.  It is reasonably sturdy.  Don't go using it as a frisbee, though.   The propane tanks last about 1.5-2 hours each.  The sucker can get really hot, but cools down in under 20 minutes.   It cleans easy with EASY-OFF oven cleaner.  The darn nylon bag is a joke, so after it rips to shreads, get a BIG gym bag to carry it around in.

Griffith Park

Hiking thru Griffith is fun, easy, and gives you a great workout.  Where is Griffith?  If you live in LA, you have seen the famous Hollywood Sign before.  That is where Griffith is.  The observatory and Lazarium are also excellent places to check out while in LA.  It is worth $10 to see the Pink Floyd lazer show, especially after toking on the peace pipe some.  Know what I mean, JellyBean?
